This is us: me, Kristina, my husband, Jan, and our 16-year-old son Julius.

We currently live in Orlando, Florida while Julius attends high school here. But our plan is to move to The Villages as soon as we can. Until then, Jan and I are happy to head over there every so often for a weekend or in the summertime for an extended period of time.

We fell in love with The Villages beginning of 2021 after my husband realized the endless possibilities for golfing and decided that we could definitely retire there. And if you tell a Realtor that you might possibly buy a house for your future retirement that Realtor (me, I am that Realtor) will find you a property within 24 hours after your first visit. So, we bought our first house in The Villages for our own use as retirement home. But what to do with a house that you can't move in yet? Well, we decided to rent it out.

And that's where you guys came in. And you loved our home just as much as we do. And that made us so happy! So, we thought "if we create something so nice, cozy, and beautiful that we would like spend our time there, then others will like it as well". And that's how we still run our vacation homes, as if it would be our personal home. We want you to have every convenience of home in a beautiful and peaceful setting with all the outdoor amenities of high-end luxury resorts. Just a place to relax and recharge in!

By now, we have 3 of these amazing vacation retreats available for rent and still care as much as the day we started this. We want to share our little pieces of paradise with you because happiness is the only thing that doubles when you share it!
